When law enforcement is contacted regarding a crime, an injustice has often already occurred. And while we aggressively pursue criminal investigation, detection, and apprehension, frequently we are contacted because a criminal act has claimed another victim.
The Warren County Sheriff’s Office Crime Prevention is a pre-emptive response to that injustice. We want to prevent avoidable crime; that is the intent behind the citizen awareness, safety and protection programs. For when people care for one another, and for their neighborhoods, as we do in Warren County, crime can be reduced through our partnership with the community.
